As the newest member of the Gateway team, David is a licensed loan originator looking to use his past experience and entrepreneurial spirit to help expand Gateway’s level of excellence and reach into new markets. For 20 years, David owned and operated a successful property maintenance and management company in Fairfield County. He is also involved in running and developing his family’s real estate investment company that his father started in the early 80s. David was born and raised in Bethel, Connecticut, where he still lives today with his wife and children. David enjoys being a part of his local community and embraces his Portuguese heritage. He is trilingual, fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish. He is a member of the Bethel Public Site and Building Committee, where he lends his expertise to the planning and execution of enhancements to public buildings in town. When he is not working, David enjoys being active in his children's sporting activities, traveling with his family and is an avid skier.
