Past two (2) years W-2 statements from all employers
Past two (2) years 1099 statements if self-employed
Recent Pay Stubs covering the last (30) thirty days for all borrowers
Recent two (2) years filed federal tax returns
Asset statements, two consecutive recent bank statements (not transaction summary printouts)
Recent 401K, IRA, or Mutual Fund Account statements
Stock and money market account statements
PURCHASE TRANSACTIONS: Additional documents
Fully executed purchase and sale agreement
Realtor contact information
If you are currently renting, provide 12 months canceled rent checks or the name and address of your current landlord/management company
A letter of explanation of any known credit problems
REFINANCE TRANSACTIONS: Additional documents
Your current mortgage statement, copy of the deed, most recent tax bill
Home owner insurance information
OTHER:
Document Child support, alimony, separate agreements, court documentation, etc.
Self-Employed, own 10% or more of company, provide licensing, corporate tax returns, current profit and loss statements
